Cutaneous Lymphoma??

I am not usually the type to join discussion groups, but I am freaked out about my recent symptoms and not getting anywhere with my doctors.  I plan to continue following up with testing, but I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences or may have any advice for me... I am a female, 44 years and have had a chronic condition labeled by a doctor 15 years ago as "parapsoriasis- digitate dermatosis".  Apparently this disease is considered benign with very rare occurances of progressing to Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma. I have had several visits to dermatologists over the years and had 1 biopsy about 10 years ago and 1 biopsy just recently, both were non conclusive and did not show any sign of lymphoma.   I have lived with the condition all this time and didn't worry too much about it. .  However about 4-5 months ago some of the patches started to get larger and taking on strange shapes and I also had intense itching on and off and had felt like my skin was tingly.  What really scared me was a huge patch behind my ear.  I had called my doctor for an appointment and by the time I was there a few days later, the patches were smaller again.  It feels like something circulating through my body and now in my head and neck.  I've also lost about 12 pounds and was already pretty skinny to begin with.  I had some bloodwork done which was within normal ranges except white cell count was low.  I definitely have something serious going on and feel like it will be too late by the time I get any diagnosis.  The dermatologists on my health plan seem to be geared for cosmetic enhancing rather than diseases.  I have an HMO plan and my doctor cannot refer me to a hematologist/oncologist until there is a biopsy confirming a lymphoma diagnoisis and since this latest biopsy was negative, I'm not sure where to go from here.  I'm afraid this is progressing to other areas of my body.  It's very frustrating.. I find it helpful to at least have read on other posts that many people have had similar frustrations in getting a diagnosis.  I'll keep trying....
