Well, not me but it does make sense. GVH can attack any part of the body.

I had abnormal PAP smears for several years after my bmt, although I didn't have GVHD. I think the cells just look different post-bmt. A friend who also had a transplant said the doctors told her not to get a PAP smear for a couple years because the results would just be confusing to the gynecologists.
