Thanks for this post, Jason. It's true - many of our Team In Training participants are finding it easy/helpful to raise money through their respective Facebook profiles. Consider the following steps to promote your participation in Team In Training via Facebook:

1.) Update your Facebook Status with your fundraising progress, periodically including links to your fundraising page

2.) Post a link to your fundraising page through the 'Share a Link' feature

3.) Add a badge from the Social Networking Resources page on www.teamintraining.org from your Facebook account that links to your fundraising page

4.) Post pictures of your training and fundraising progress - tagging friends and participants when you do

5.) Thank your friends for donating from your Facebook Wall

While Facebook isn't a replacement for your fundraising page - you can use it to effectively market that page to your closest friends.

So money, gambling, drugs, sex, murder, stealing, greed, smoking, drinking....these are addictions we all have and if we face them and tacke them one by one we will find solutions and tie environmental factors with scientific evidence and new research because the old is out and we are smarter and more motivated than ever.....our president is black, we need to stay away from china, make a check list, and get rid of these lawyers, fix school classes, get motivational speakers, make college half class have work....dont paint the picture perfect like our parents tried to do...i see why...and ill mess up a million more times..........but things we know already people....make music, write books, make movies, but limit options make the best be known and eliminate/terminate all others example: 95percent type 2 diabetics can get rid of it with lifestyle and weight management while 5 percent kids get and have to get needles everyday...think about that peer pressure....

i want my own kids but how many are out there lost needing love that could turn good and add to the future.....its possible....an attainable.....a few good people need to sit down.......dont call me nothing behing my back....i will take a lie dectector test and confront anyone about anything ......
