Here's our story...

My sister has been battling non-Hodgkins Lymphoma since 1988. She has gotten to the point that chemo is no longer effective. A t-cell transplant was a viable option for her and I am her match. I have started a blog about our journey that may be helpful to read if you or someone you know is facing this test as well. Please have a look and pass the link along to any- and everyone that might benefit from reading it.

I encourage you to contact me if for any reason you think it might be helpful.

Be well.

Re: Here's our story...

GVH is pretty complicated and it will probably not just attack her cancer.  I guess the rash indicates that.  An eye needs to be on it.

However, if I read your recent blogs correctly, she was treated by SCCA and those folks are the best in the business in my opinion.  What's where I received my SCT.  She's in good hands.

Best wishes to you all.

Blessings

Thanks for sharing this, and hope your sister has a good recovery----wonderful that you could match her! My sister wasn't a match, but I decided not to hold it against her . You and your sister will always have a bond unlike anything else.

Pam
