Toxic Granulation

Has any one come across Toxic Granulation in your (kids) CBC differentials?

Yes, more than once...I think it actually said rare toxic granulation, to make it sound even worse.  I remember asking more than once about this....the good news is , I dont remember what they said, and if it was bad it would have been burned in my brain.

Re: Toxic Granulation

Yes I've seen toxic granulation in my daughter's labs. It typically means they are fighting an infection but it can also be caused due to chemical overload so it's not uncommon to see during heavy chemo phases or immediately following. I'm sure the doctor's are watching it and I'd take my cues from them.
