Oh, Lord! That is one of the funniest things I've ever seen or heard! Brewer and Shipley must be spinnining in their stash boxes!
A "modern spiritual?!" Do you think any of those clowns had a clue?
OMG!! I was almost rolling on the floor, I was laughing so hard watching that. A modern spiritual, indeed. Well, in one sense, I suppose it could be called a spiritual. Back in the day, going one toke over the line was sometimes like a religious experience. Ah, sweet youth.

PS -- Sorry to get off topic re: BMB experiences.
This is true, we're a pretty lively group actually, once you get to know us. It's not all fire and brimstone and all that jazz. I've actually learned some of the best shots from Catholic school teachers. . 2 of which are nuns, I might add. Pudding shots. . freaking amazing! And one that they called a "holy roller" it will knock you right on your butt. lol, good times in Catholic schools apparently ![]()

Hmm. Seems my only "religious" experience was on mushrooms. But it was so intense I almost drove to the church to meet the pastor when he came in in the morning to tell him he had to do some.
I think he would've looked at me rather strangely but not been the least bit surprised.
So what's in the holy roller?
Holy Roller has vanilla vodka, cream de cacao and a little milk. . quite tasty ![]()
There's another similar one, with a very inappropriate name, but it is delicious. . Bailey's, vanilla vodka, topped with whipped cream. It's called a "Blow Job" lol bad name, great shot.

Had a BMB and it wasn't bad at all... well accept for how freaked out I was before it. They gave me Adavan and Morphine and I confess I came out smiling. The part where they take out the blood was a 1/10th of a second dart of pain and that's itl Felt a little tender on the two spots for a couple of days. The lady doing the biopsy was very calming. She said when she first looked at my face, "I'm thinking you might like some medication before this test". I said, you've got that right. made a big difference. My gutsy sister-in-law sat next to me through the whole thing. Said it was hard to watch, but all in all it wasn't nearly the big deal that I feared.
My advice is to tell people if you're scared, freaked out, upset. They help you down from the tree.

Carol and everyone else!
Thank you very much for you posts. I am less afraid because I know what to ask for. I have put this off long time and have an appt on the 10th. They will assess me then - it is a large teaching hospital, so it will be ok! Provided the H1 N1 does not shut everything down!
Keck, I think of them Holy Rollers might be a good idea. ![]()
Best wished on your BMB. Hope there's nothing to worry about in there.
