Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the red box that shows up around a smiley or gif I import to a post? Thanks in advance for the help.
~Jane
My bet is that you can't if it's linked and it sounds like it is.
Aw man, that's not nice if that is the case.
Also, doesn't make much sense to me either. I link lots of things to emails and it doesn't happen.
Thanks, Tex, for the reply.
Blessings,
Jane
Wow. It would have been nice to have some kind of reply from the Powers that be. After starting this thing off with a fairly responsive nature, it seems they have decided it was okay in the old days when they just didn't choose to inform the community about board issues.
What a shame.
Tex is correct - this is something you cannot remove, unless you go into the HTML.
My apologies on responding late. Sometimes when a question has been answered correctly by other community members we don't always feel a need to jump in unless we have other information.
Well, turns out there was more information. I didn't know going into HTML made any difference. I've tried to get links to open in another page and that didn't work a bit. Seems like you'd have to know CSS in order to remove the lines.
Hi Samantha,
Thanks for the reply, but I don't have a clue how to deal with HTML. Any ideas?
Tex, thanks for your help. ![]()

If you are not familiar with editing HTML code I would not recommend going into there. There is no other way to get rid of the red border (which signifies that the picture can be clicked on and viewed at its original size), so I would probably leave it if I were you.
