Hi TNT Particpants,

Thank you for supporting such an important cause. As is training for a marathon, triathalon or century ride isn't difficult enough, fundraising is an extra component that makes participation difficult. If you are having trouble soliciting friends and family for donations each time you participate in an event, you may want to check out the Insider Pages Fundraiser program.

Instead of donating money, your supporters can contribute by writing reviews of local businesses on insiderpages.com. For each review written, Insider Pages will donate up to $1.50 to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. That's all there is to it. There are no costs to anyone, no obligations and no soliciting donations.

We have had a great deal of participation from Team in Training participants, several of whom who have raised thousands of dollars in just 3 weeks. We look forward to helping more Team in Training participants reach their fundraising goal and support research for Leukemia and Lymphoma.

I actually did this. I'm in the middle of my 3-week period right now. It's a great idea, if you can get people to participate. I sent out emails to everyone in my address book, dropped off flyers to every house (literally) in our subdivision and so far I have only had 4 other people besides me participate. I think the problem is the time commitment. Time is often in as much demand (and short supply) as money, so it may be difficult for many. So far I have raised $65.50, which isn't bad at all...but FAR short of what I was hoping to raise.
