Posting Cash/Check donations

This is my first year with a Team. We just got started a few weeks ago but am looking forward to our walk next month. My question is when you receive cash or check donations is there a way you can post it on your teams website to go towards your total goal? Or does only the credit card amounts get posted on your teams website?

There is a way to manually post donations which serves the dual purpose of honoring those that give and allowing a accurate view of how you are doing. And one way you can boost funds is to send out e-mails after awhile to donation list thanking them again, telling them how close you are to goal and how much you want to surpass it, talk about your training, tell them more about honored teammates, and seeing if they can spare anything else, you might be surprised. Train well, raise lots.
