Thanks for the blog, I don't know if I am more scared or determined after reading it. I have decided that I am doing this all of the way, despite the pain and fear. This challange is just what I need in my life right now. And the number of people who really need us to do this for them is more important.

It is nice to be part of such a great group, everyone is so encouraging and always ready to offer great advise. You will have to check back with me after our first practice ride to see where my mindset is!!! I have been doing an hour of the oliptical almost every day to try to prepare myself a little. We'll see if it is working.

What is the ACC? Where do you live? I live about 45 miles north of San Francisco in California. Its my first time in TNT also. I am doing the Honolulu in September! I am so excited.

Have you done any coached rides yet? I had a good time opn my first ride. Our next is June 7th, for 25 or 30 miles, I can't wait!!! Everyone is so great!
