My son has complained of fatigue since his diagnosis and subsequent transplant in 2006.....When his job mandated over time, he just felt he couldn't do it.  So he went to his primary doctor and told him he is still suffering post transplant fatigue and needed to get a limitied duty note for work.  His doctor thought he was too far out for that syndrome, so he ordered all kinds of blood work.  Imagine our surprise when they told us he had lyme disease, Low T, RA and elevated creatine level.  I guess they all explain the fatigue.   Of course now we are worried since his immune system is dealing with so much.  He is not the out doorsy type, so the lyme was a big surprise.  I am supposing the Low T and RA are post treatment issues?  Anyone else have other diagnosis that put their immune system under such stress post transplant?
