There's a blood drive at church and since I no longer fear needles... But even though treatment is done, can I donate my blood? Or is it crappy blood?
My son had non hodgkins and we were told he would never be able to donate blood. I am told this is true for all blood cancer survivors. He has however been a sponsor for several blood drives, so although he can't give he can still help.

Your blood isn't "crappy." However, there's always too much chance there could be remnants of blood borne disease or something like that. Our blood is typically fine. It's just one of those things.
Heres a more direct answer- No unfortunately.
I believe that goes for all organ donations.
I don't know for sure. I wasn't told I couldn't be an organ donoar until I was post-transplant. Then again, it never came up prior to that.
Asked my onc. He said, "no."
