Grab a slice of pumpkin pie and check out these incredible ideas for ways to make the most of the holidays from past candidates, current candidates, and LLS staff. The holiday season is an incredible time to celebrate the spirit of giving, and connect with friends and family. While no fundraising dollars can be collected prior to Kickoff, there are number of incredible opportunities to start getting folks engaged with LLS's mission. Look forward to hearing all of your ideas for making the most of the holidays. Below are just a few successful past ideas to get started...

1. Take an moment to update, and add to, your holiday mailing list. Updating this list now, means you will already be ahead of the game when it comes to gathering names and addresses for your letter writing campaign.

2. Plus, your holiday mailing is a great way to share that you are excited to participate with LLS in 2010, and invite folks to join your campaign team.

3. Travel time is great brainstorming time. If you are driving, flying, or taking a train over the holidays use some of your travel time to continue brainstorming potential team members and fundraising ideas.
