What is Light The Night Walk?

Celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year, Light The Night Walk is an annual walk event that raises funds for blood cancer cures. The Walk is casual and doesn’t require you to be in shape, so anyone is welcome to join. There are also incentives for different fundraising levels. Learn more about how you can participate in a walk near you.

Who is the National Spokesperson?

||Rob Brown, an actor who plays football legend Ernie Davis in the new film The Express, is Light The Night Walk 's 2008 spokesperson.\ Davis, who was the first African American to win the Heisman Trophy, died of leukemia at the age of 23. Brown says that playing Davis helped him "understand that all blood cancer patients deserve to live better, longer lives."
